Jurnal Electro Luceat sejatinya telah diterbitkan sejak tahun 2011 dalam bentuk hardopy/cetak yang tersimpan di Perpustakaan Politeknik Saint Paul Sorong, namun sejak Tahun 2015 JEC menerbitkan jurnal selain cetak/hardcopy juga dipublikasikan secara online.</p> <p>Jurnal Electro Luceat (<strong>JEC</strong>) telah memperbaharui frekuensi penerbitan jurnal menjadi <strong>2 kali</strong> dalam setahun sejak tahun 2018, dimulai dari terbitan <strong>Vol. 4 No. 1 July 2018</strong>. The method used in this research is the SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) waterfall method where the waterfall model is a stage of several phases in sequence. This system was built using the PHP programming language assisted by the codeigniter framework and bootstrap. The results of blackbox testing show that the results of the existing features can run properly and normally in accordance with the system design. Web-based Final Project Guidance Information System is able to conduct final project guidance without having to hold meetings between lecturers and students so that it is more efficient. Students can do guidance and revision by sending documents on the features provided and lecturers respond to student documents and send revised documents on the upload feature. Saung Batik Baswet is one of the MSMEs engaged in producing and selling local batik in Banyumas Regency by trying to preserve cultural heritage while creating economic value. Marketing carried out by Saung Batik Baswet is still carried out conventionally, and it is still limited to social media, WhatsApp, Instagram, relations between relations, friends and relatives, and word of mouth. The research aims to develop Android-based mobile applications that can support marketing activities and product sales at Saung Batik Baswet MSMEs and evaluate the effectiveness of applications in increasing marketing efficiency and customer convenience in making transactions. The research uses a prototyping method that allows application development to be carried out iteratively and based on user feedback. The research results with the Paired Samples Test concluded that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted because the Sig. The value obtained was 0.00, which means the Sig. Value is less than 0.05. So, there is a significant time difference when ordering a menu before and after using the Saung Batik Baswet Android mobile application.
